Request For Proposals for 2024 Catalyst Grant

The City of Waukon is seeking interest from property owners/developers of a building in the downtown commercial district to partner with in preparing and submitting a grant application. Iowa Economic Development Authority is accepting pre-applications for a Community Catalyst Building Remediation Grant Program. The maximum grant award per project is $100,000. Funds can be utilized to assist projects that are for redevelopment or remediation, public nuisance buildings or for an underutilized building.
