  2. Approval of the consent agenda
    1. Agenda – Recommendation, approval of agenda.
    2. Minutes – Approval of October 20, 2025
    3. Resolutions –
      1. Approving the closure of a section of 8th Street NW on November 22nd from 8AM – Noon for a 5K
      2. Approving subdivision plat located within two-mile extraterritorial jurisdiction of Waukon – William Kerndt
      3. Agreeing to the transfer from the Sewer Revenue Fund to the Sewer Revenue Bond Sinking fund
      4. Agreeing to transfer twenty-five percent of Hotel/Motel funds received for July, August & September from the General Fund to Hotel/Motel
      5. Certifying amount of available TIF Increment Tax requested for the 2027 Fiscal Year
      6. Authorizing Internal Advance for Funding of the Northwest Street Blight Alleviation Project
      7. Agreeing to the transfer from the Street Improvement/Local Option Sales and Services Tax Fund to the 4th NW Improvement Fund

  1. Resolution to consider approving road closure for the Waukon Holiday Parade on December 6th and consider request from the Waukon Chamber to put a tree up on the plaza

 

  1. Consider approval of change order #1 for city façade improvement project at 34 W Main St.

 

  1. Consider approval of hiring Assistant Police Chief

 

  1. Consider approval of reenacting $45 per hour for part-time officers in PD effective 10/16/25

 

  1. Discuss considering an RFP for city hall drop ceiling/ceiling work and upstairs work

 

  1. Discuss concerns with garbage/recycling service for residential properties
