    3. Approval of Liquor Licenses:
      1. Approval of Class C Liquor License (LC) (Commercial) with Sunday Sales for Arrowhead Lanes, Inc. d/b/a Arrowhead Lanes, 601 Rossville Road.
      2. Approval of Transfer of Premise, Temporary transfer beginning 7/20/2022 and ending 7/24/2022; Pavilion to Grandstand, Allamakee County Agricultural Society, 705 Allamakee St. (pending receipt of dramshop review)
    4. Resolution –
      1. Agreeing to transfers from 27th payroll-general fund to general fund, 27th payroll-library fund to library fund, 27th payroll-employee benefits to employee benefits fund, 27th payroll-water fund to water fund and 27th payroll-sewer fund to sewer fund
      2. Agreeing to the transfer from the Sewer Fund to the Water Resource Restoration Fund
      3. Agreeing to the transfer from the WWTP Construction Fund to the Sewer Plant Improvement Fund
      4. Agreeing to the transfer from the Sewer Revenue Fund to the Sewer Revenue Bond Sinking Fund
      5. Agreeing to the Transfer from the Sewer Revenue Bond Sinking Fund to the Sewer Revenue Bond Surplus Fund

      7. Repealing resolution 22-67 regarding the street closure for RAGBRAI

    3. Discuss Water/Sewer Department Temporary Summer Help Hourly Wage Change to $11.75
    4. Closed Session: Per Iowa Code Chapter 21.5 (1)(j) to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate only where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price the governmental body would have to pay for that property or reduce the price the governmental body would receive for that property.
    5. Closed Session: Per Iowa Code Section 21.5 (1)(c) to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in that litigation.
