July 11, 2022 City Council Minutes – Special

The Waukon City Council met in special session on July 11, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. in the council room of City Hall, 101 Allamakee Street.  Mayor Pat Stone presided.  Council members present:  Arvid Hatlan, Andy Sires, Kevin Johnson and Steve Wiedner.  Council members absent:  John Lydon.  Others present:  City Manager Gary Boden.

The Mayor called the meeting to order.

To approve 5-day class liquor license (LC) (Commercial) with Sunday Sales from July 15, 2022-July 20, 2022; approval of Class B beer license (BB) and approval of ownership update for Three Cows LLC dba Town Theater, 38 W Main St. Pending approval from the State and submission to local review.

The Mayor declared the motion carried.
