    3. Liquor Licenses Approval – Ownership updates for Allamakee County Agricultural Society; Class B Retail Alcohol License for Dollar General; Ownership updates for Dollar General
    4. Approval of Farm Lease to John Byrnes – 1 yr. term Renewal
    5. Approval of Airport Board Member – Shawn Gibbs, filling a vacancy
    6. Resolutions –
      1. Agreeing to change the mileage reimbursement allowance from sixty-seven cents per mile to seventy cents
      2. Agreeing to transfer twenty-five percent of the total Hotel/Motel money received in November and December 2024 from General Fund to the Hotel/Motel Fund
      3. Agreeing to the transfer from the Street Improvement/LOSST Fund to the Capital Equipment Fund-Ambulance
