  1. Moment of silence for the passing of Council Member Kevin Johnson

 

  1. Approval of the consent agenda
    1. Agenda – Recommendation, approval of agenda.
    2. Minutes – Approval of January 27, 2025, February 10, 2025
    3. Approval to move the 2nd council meeting in March from the 17th to the 24th
    4. Resolutions –
      1. Agreeing to transfer twenty-five percent of the total Hotel/Motel deposited into General Fund from the General Fund to Hotel/Motel Fund.
      2. Agreeing to the transfer from the General Fund to the Capital Equipment-Park Fund for purchase of 2018 GMC 1500 Truck
      3. Agreeing to the transfer from the Road Use Tax/RUT Fund to the Street Improvement/LOSST Fund.
      4. Setting the date for a public hearing amending the FY 2025 budget for March 3rd at 5:30PM.
    5. Approving the public hearing date for March 24, 2025, at 5:15 PM for the proposed property tax levy
    6. Approval of Class E Retail Alcohol License for Hy-Vee Waukon Dollar Fresh
    7. Approval of City Clerk/Treasurer’s Report January 2025
