      1. Setting date for public hearing for December 12, 2022 @ 7PM to amend current budget FYE 23
      2. Agreeing to the transfer from the Wellness Center Operating Fund to the General Fund for the Wellness Center employee share-reimbursement for the November, 2022 payroll salaries
      3. Agreeing to the transfer from the Sewer Fund to the Water Resource Restoration Fund
      4. Agreeing to the transfer from the Sewer Revenue Fund to the Sewer Revenue Bond Sinking Fund for the principal/interest payment on the Sewer Revenue Bond, Series 2019 and Series 2021-$1M and Series 2021-$750K
    4. Approval to schedule public hearing on January 9, 2023 at 7 PM for filing an application with the USDA RD for financial assistance for Street Department utility vehicle purchase.
    5. Contributions – Recommendation of approval of contribution to Helping Services
    6. Claims – Approval of claims
