      1. Agreeing to the transfer from the Wellness Center Operating Fund to the General Fund for Wellness Center employee share-reimbursement for the March, 2023 payroll salaries.
      2. Agreeing to the transfer from the Sewer Revenue Fund to the Sewer Revenue Bond Sinking Fund for the principal/interest payment on the Sewer Revenue Bon, Series 2019 and Series 2021-$1M and Series 2021-$750K.
      3. Authorizing Internal Advance to Tax Increment Subfund
      4. Agreeing to the transfer from the Capital Project – Airport Improvement Fund to the General Fund
      5. Agreeing to the transfer from the Street Improvement/LOST Fund to the 1st to 1st Storm Sewer Fund

    • Discussion on stop or yield sign at the intersection of 1st NW & 10th St.

    • Discussion on splitting Fees regarding VMH transfer with VMH; attorney, abstract, title opinion, etc.
    • Closed Session: Per Iowa Code Chapter 21.5 (1)(j) to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate only where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price the governmental body would have to pay for that property or reduce the price the governmental body would receive for that property.
    • Closed session: Per Iowa Code Chapter 21.5 (1)(i) to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered when necessary, to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session.
