      1. Approval of Class C Liquor License (LC) (Commercial) with Catering Privilege, Outdoor Service, and Sunday Sales for Green Valley Getaway LLC dba Green Valley Getaway, 78 16th Ave NW.
      2. Approval of Class C Native Wine Permit (WCN) with Outdoor Service and Sunday Sales for WW Homestead Dairy, LLC dba WW Homestead Dairy LLC 850 Rossville Rd. (Approval pending receipt of additional information from applicant to City Hall)
    7. Resolution –
      1. Agreeing to the transfer from the WWTP Construction Fund to the Sewer Plant Improvement Fund

      3. Setting date for public hearing amending the current budget for FY ending June 30, 2022
      4. Agreeing to authorize the Director of the Wellness Center to pay claims for all expenses for Music in the Park Fund and YSF Football

  5. Public hearing on proposal to enter into a General Obligation Corporate Purpose Loan Agreement
  6. Resolution taking additional action on proposal to enter into a General Obligation Corporate Purpose Loan Agreement, authorizing the use of a Term Sheet, and setting date for the private placement of a General Obligation Corporate Purpose Note.
  7. Considerations/Requests for Direction
    1. Approval of Agreement for Services with Fehr Graham for Projects:
      1. 1st St NW to 1st Ave. NW Storm Sewer Improvements
      2. 4th St. NW Improvements
    2. Discussion on Fire Truck Purchase
    3. Purchase of Lawn Mower and long-term purchase contract – Park & Rec
    4. Discussion on hardscaping the Plaza
    5. Closed Session: Per Iowa Code Section 21.5 (1)(c) to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in that litigation.
    6. Closed Session: Per Iowa Code Chapter 21.5 (1)(j) to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate only where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price the governmental body would have to pay for that property or reduce the price the governmental body would receive for that property.
