Waukon St. Patrick’s Day Celebration
The parade starts at 1PM with the route starting at WW Homestead Dairy traveling North on Rossville Rd. and turning West on Main Street to 2nd St. Those wishing to have an entry are asked to be lined up by Noon that Sunday, with float entries lining up in the parking lot of WW Homestead Dairy and the former Northern Engraving Plant, tractors unloading and lining up at the Sweeney Auction Service parking lot and horse units gathering at Croell Redi-Mix plant. Lid’s Bar & Grill:
Doors open at 11AM with Workboot Blues Band from 2-4PM and the Anthony Koester band from 4-8PM.
Good Fellas:
The Caminos playing from 2-5PM and Jay R Brink Band playing from 6-10PM.
Gyro Palace will be serving gyros, philly cheesesteak, onion rings, cheese balls, jalapeno poppers and more out of their food truck in the parking lot behind Good Fella’s starting at 11AM. Menu is shared on Good Fella’s Facebook page.
Green Valley Getaway:
Volson & Eeka Malla playing at 2:30 – 7:30 PM.
AJ’s Sports Bar:
Good Vibrations Entertainment will be playing from 4 – 7 PM and Ryne Owen will be playing from 7-10 PM. Kitchen is open from 10AM until closing.
Uptown Grill:
Music by The Toe Tappers from 2-6PM.
Kitchen will be open from 11AM – 7PM and there will be green beer and a shamrock juice drink special.
WW Homestead Dairy:
They are open before and after the parade from 12-5PM.
WHS Post Prom will be having a $5 hotdog meal fundraiser from 10:30 until sold out.
Be Catered will be serving Steak Sandwich with chips, a drink and rice krispie bars out of Silver Laine from 11AM to 5/6PM depending on demand.
