      1. Agreeing to the transfer from the Employee Benefits Fund to the T&A Insurance Partial Self Fund.
      2. Agreeing to the transfer from the General Fund to the Library Fund for operations.
      3. Agreeing to the transfer from the General Fund to the Street Improvement Fund to return funds.
      4. Agreeing to the transfer from the Sewer Fund to the Capital Equipment Fund – Sewer for purchase of a vehicle.
      5. Agreeing to the transfer from the Sewer Revenue Fund to the Sewer Revenue Bond Sinking Fund for principal/interest payments.
