  1. Call to order by the mayor and Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Approval of the consent agenda
    1. Agenda – Recommendation, approval of agenda.
    2. Minutes – Approval of May 19, 2025
    3. Resolutions –
      1. Closing the City Parking Lot/Alley Capital Project Fund
      2. Agreeing to the transfer from the General Fund to the 4th NW Improvement Fund
      3. Agreeing to transfer 25% of the total Hotel/Motel money received in May from the General Fund to Hotel/Motel
      4. Agreeing to the transfer from the Road Use Tax/RUT Fund to the Street Improvement/LOSST Fund.
    4. Approval of hire of Ryland Egan for temporary summer help in the Water/Sewer Department. Start date of June 3rd at $15.70 per hour.

Closed session: Per Iowa Code Chapter 21.5 (1)(i) to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered, when necessary, to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual’s reputation and that individual requests a closed session.
