DESCRIPTION:Upper Explorerland Regional Planning Commission is conducting an update to the Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) for the five-county regions of Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, Howard and Winneshiek Counties.\nThe public is invited to participate and give feedback. There will be multiple workshops across the counties with one in Waukon happening on Wednesday, October 25th at the Waukon Wellness Center (Senior Center) from 4-6PM. Attendees are welcome to come and go at any time during the workshop.\n
