DESCRIPTION:\n“Gnome For the Holidays”\nAllamakee Fairgrounds Pavilion\n\n\nVeterans Memorial Health Care Foundation’s Christmas Fantasy\n\n2024 Fantasy Schedule of Events:\n\n\n\n“Tingle ‘N Mingle” Happy Hour\nFriday, Nov. 15 5-8 pm\n\nAll you can eat hot and hearty hors d’oeuvres will be served again this year, plus desserts, candies, and spirits! Each ticket includes all of the delicious food including pizza, Reuben and French Dip sandwiches, hamburger sliders, meats, cheeses, nachos, bacon wrapped smokies, chicken drummies, fruits, veggies, cookies and candies, etc! Plus two beverage tickets are included for the cost of $20.00 per person in advance or $25.00 at the door. Tickets can be purchased now at the main entrance of Veterans Memorial Hospital, the Waukon or Postville Clinic, or at all local banks. Tickets will also be available at the door.\n\n\n\nWine, Cheese and Dessert Event\n\nSaturday evening’s event is SOLD OUT!\n\n\n\nNEW! Brunch with Santa\nSunday, Nov. 17 9-Noon\nSponsored by the Allamakee Pork Producers and Jet’s Meats\n\nHam, eggs, cheesy potatoes, French toast sticks, fruit, and sweet rolls will be served plus a cash Mimosa and Bloody Mary Bar will be offered! Reservations are still being accepted at 563-568-4177. Santa will also be available for visits and photos!\n\n\n\nMonday Luncheon\nMonday, November 18 at Noon\nSponsored by the Allamakee County Cattlemen\nBE Catered will serve the meal of lasagna, garlic bread, salad and cookies. Please call 568-4177 to make a reservation. The cost is $20.00 per person.\n\n\nVisits and Photos with Santa Claus\n\nNEW this year, Santa will be available for a visit on Saturday, from 10 am to 2 pm and again on Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm. Be ready with your cameras for a great photo opportunity!\n\n\n\nGeneral Viewing\nSaturday, November 16, from 10 am to 2 pm\nSunday, November 17, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.\nMonday, November 18, from 2:00 until closing time at 6:00 p.m.\nSpecial local entertainment throughout!\nComplimentary Christmas treats and cocoa will be available during all these public showings. Tickets are just $5 each, $2 for children ages 12 and under and Preschoolers are free.\n\n\nSilent Auction\nWell over 100 silent auction items will be available for purchase throughout the weekend with the highest bidder winning the purchase at 6:00 p.m. on Monday evening, November 18. (Note: this ending time is one hour earlier than in previous years.) Until that closing time, bidders can return, free of charge to the Fantasy and raise their bid.\n\n\nThe 33rd Annual Christmas Fantasy is planned and sponsored by the Veterans Memorial Health Care Foundation!
